We will be closed on Thursday, December 24th through Saturday, the 26th for the Christmas Holiday.  We will re-open December 28th through the 30th and close again Thursday, December 31st through Saturday January 2nd for the New Year.

New Winter Hours

Sityodtong Northshore will be changing its Saturday Classes to new winter hours.  Women's Classes will now start at 10:00 and Muay Thai (all Levels) classes at 11:00
